Co-tenants share a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a common laundry equipped with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, 2 irons and 2 ironing board
The House is regularly maintained and common area are cleaned three times a week

The House includes a large common garden for co-tenants
Private spaces and indoor garage are also available for rent
For the comfort of all co-tenants, the Properties are non-smoking areas. Pets are not allowed.
